Signs and Symptoms of Anxiety Attack

Anxiety attacks are the same as panic attacks. It’s a type of anxiety disorder that you suddenly struck by the feeling of fear, terror without warning and for no apparent reason. Anxiety attacks can last anywhere between several moments to 30 or more minutes. Usually, the anxiety attacks peak within ten minutes. During this short time, you may feel as if you’re going to die or lose totally lose control. The Signssymptoms of anxiety attack include:

  • Feeling of losing control or going crazy
  • Soar of overwhelming panic
  • An urge to escape, to get out
  • Blushing, burning skin
  • Feeling that you are in grave danger
  • Pounding and racing heart
  • Vomiting, nausea, upset Stomach
  • Hard to breathe or feel choke
  • Hot flashes or chills
  • Hyperventilation
  • Feel tight in Chest
  • Feeling detached or unreal
  • Trembling, shaking, sweating
