The simplest way is to just to brew it in a cup or a bowl. Prepare good quality tea, boiling water and a bowl or a cup for ready first. And then cover the base of the cup with some green tea leaves and fill the boiling water in it for several seconds. Then, a cup of green tea is ready for you. You can sip once every minute to see whether you’re satisfied with the taste.

But the amount of caffeine in green tea is much less that in coffee. So, if you want to reduce your caffeine intake, replacing coffee with green tea is a good choice.

Usually, moderate amounts are safe for most adults. So, never drink too much green tea daily.

The acute component in green tea and their effects on some conditions like cancer, diabetes still need more studies. It’s also not clear that exactly how many cups of green tea are best for health.
