How to Get Rid of Alcohol Breath Fast
People with heavybreath are never welcomed. Sometimes, it may destroy your important occasions like the first date, an important interview. After having few shots of favorite drinks, you should cure alcohol breath first before you go outside.
Chew gums or herbs. Choose mint flavored or fruit flavored gum to act as a breath freshener. Take some pieces of gums along with you, and chew them immediately after you drink alcohol. Fresh rosemary, parsley, spearmint, or tarragon can fresh your alcohol breath as well. Chew a small sprig of one of them for up to a minute to cure alcohol breath.
Brush your teeth. Brush your teeth at least 3 times, 5minutes each time every day. Choose string smelling toothpaste, such as minty or herbal one.
Gargle your mouth. Try to gargle your mouth with alcohol-free mouthwash. Mouthwash containing essential oils such as tea tree oil, peppermint oil andoil can significantly reduce the bad breath. You can also make a mouthwash with baking soda. Dissolve some baking soda in warm water and gargle with the mixture. This can help cure alcohol easily and effectively.
Clean your tongue with a scraper. Removing the dead cells and gunk off the tongue is a big step when heading to cure alcohol breath.
Eat smelly things to cover the alcohol breath. Foods contain garlic or onion are good potions, but spicy foods may be ideal ones. Snack on barlike popcorn, crackers, and nuts when you drinking alcohol can help absorbing excess alcohol.
Drink to disguise the breath. Both green and black tea are containing the element called polyphenols, which can help stop the growth of bacteria causing the bad breath. Plenty of water may do a favor too. Or you can choose a cup of coffee as strong as you can stand it to help disguise the smell of alcohol.
Take bentonite and charcoal capsules or AntiPoleez to cure the bad breath immediately after your consumption of alcohol.
Drink smartly. Never mix several drinks altogether for the sake of your oral hygiene. Mixing drinks not only will worsen the smell but also make the drinks more toxic. Stick to your favorite one and clear alcohol. Moreover, eat while you drink can reduce the smell too.
