1. Know the right position to have sex
While it is important to have sex frequently to get frequently, it is important to know about the right positions for having sex to increases you chances of getting pregnant. Several gynecologists around the world have corroborated that certain sexual position have a profound effect on the chances of women getting pregnant faster. Research suggests that the missionary position is the best position. In this position the women lying flat on the back while man is on top. This position facilitates easy movement of the male sperm towards the fallopian tubes and the uterus. There are a few researchers who suggest that the doggy position is better to help women get pregnant.
2. Relax after having sex
Until very recently a very important fact about getting pregnant was unknown to women. Studies conducted on several women who were to get pregnant have revealed that women who lie down on their back and relax for sometime have better chances of conceiving. This is because when you lie down on your back there is a minimal chance of the sperm leaking out, which in turn boosts the chances of the sperm reaching the egg and fertilizing it. Lying down after sex would increase your chances of getting pregnant up to 50% than women who get up immediately after having sex.
3. Enjoy your sex
Women who have failed in getting pregnant in past tend to be anxious while they are trying to get pregnant the next time. While it is natural to feel anxious it is important to know that being anxious while having sex would actually inhibit your chances of getting pregnant. It is therefore important that you stay relaxed and enjoy the sex to be able to get pregnant. It is advisable that you do not rush into the get pregnant procedure discuss with your partner about your anxiousness and try to have sex only when you feel you are relaxed and are comfortable to have intercourse. While you are stressed, hypothalamus, a glad in the brain that controls the ovulation hormones doesn’t function well and this may delay your ovulation period.
4. Eat healthy diet
The importance of having a healthy dietary habit cannot be ignored while you are trying to get pregnant. To be able to conceive successfully or increase your chances of getting pregnant it is quintessential to eat a healthy diet that is rich in carbohydrates, zinc, proteins, vitamins, amino acids, iron and other essential nutrients. Several researches have proved that being mal nourished or nutritional deficiency increases the risk of miscarriage. While you are trying to get pregnant it is important to include fruits, vegetables and dairy products in your daily diet. It is also important to avoid junk and processed food.
