Getting a professional at home facial is one of the best things in women’s and girls’ lives. However, “professional” may mean costy, especially for the girls. To have a healthy skin between professional treatments or to do it at home, try his basic facial at home once a week and it will works magic on your face, whether your face is oily, dry or combination.
Do not worry; you need not to cover your face with mixture of egg-whites and oatmeal. There are some organic, natural homemade face mask recipes for every skin type. If you don’t want to make your own, health food store or local drugstore will be good choices for you to take.
Homemade face masks could save you a large sum of money. It is very easy to make and requires short time. The followings are the procedures:
step 1: Cleanse your skin
Wash your face, neck and ears clean with a good facial cleanser. Do not forget to remove your Eye Makeup with a makeup remover. My favorite choice is Clinique, Neutrogena’s eye makeup remover is a nice choice too.
step 2: Exfoliate
Use your finger to rub a gentle exfoliating facial scrub and do circular motion on your face. Rinse your face well when the exfoliating scrubs tend to be drying. Concentrate on the ereas around your nose and forehead and other “greasy” areas on your face.
step 3: Steam your face
There are many ways to steam your face. You can use a wet warm washcloth to press to your face repeating 2-3times or you can dip your face into warm water, or even you can use steam from boiling water to do it.
step 4: The Mask
Different skin type will have different recipe. For oily skin, use mud or clay-based face mask. For a dry skin, a hydrating gel or cream mask are wonderful choices. Avoid the areas around the eyes when applying the mask. Reap it off after 10-20minutes (according to the instructions) and then rinse completely.
